Male Shih Tzu up for adoption.

A friend email me for help to put up a found Shih Tzu for adoption. Here are the details.

I`m not able to foster him for much longer already.. I hope that a kind fosterer/adopter will step forward.. anyone that is willing to foster, a few kind hearted souls are willing to chip his medical bills

For fosterers, there is a few kind hearted people willing to donate to chip in to help him with his skin problem..

For adopters you MUST bring him to vet to treat his skin problem and further comfirm his age, if hes not more than 7yo, you`ll need to sterlise him but we`ll work on the skin problem first
